We proposed an alternative: the double roller granulator – SXDG-2T. Because it is the largest model of this type NPK granulation machine. Besides, the roller press granulator is ideal for customizing 3-4mm size of granulation dies. Also, it uses dry granulation technique for the low moisture content need, ensuring the production of uniform granules within the specified size range. However, the maximum production capacity of a single double roller extruder granulator is 3 tons per hour, we proposed using at least 4 roller press granulators.

Secondly, our factory workers begin producing stainless steel double roller compact granulators. And these equipment are shipped from Yushunxin plant on April 11th, 2024. We ordered a 20GP container and sent it to Shanghai Port.
Thirdly, they are transported on April 15th, 2024 from Shanghai. Besides, the voyage lasts 27 days in total. The ship arrived at Alexandria Port, Egypt on May 12th, 2024. Then, custom clearance and transportation to Beheira needed 3 days. The final transportation price is $2,150. Finally, the final installation would take place at El Noor For Chemical Industries’ company in Beheira, Egypt.
